Gartner Recognizes Mazik Global in Gartner’s Hype Cycle for Healthcare Providers, 2016

The Gartner Hype Cycle is a tool used to assist healthcare delivery organization (HDO) executives and IT leaders to identify, understand, and prioritize significant applications, analytics, and "medical IT" advances.

In this report, Gartner has highlighted 38 emerging technologies and provides a technology profile, including a definition of the technology, a justification for its position/adoption speed, and directed user advice. Each profile also includes a benefit rating, an assessment of the technology's market penetration, its relative maturity, and also lists an exclusive set of sample vendors that stand out in these emerging technology areas.

Specifically, Gartner has acknowledged Mazik as a recommended vendor for “Healthcare CRM/Contact Center Systems.” Gartner identifies this technology category as an “emerging” technology having a “high” benefit rating.
